Where is Nol Graphic ?

Our Office is in the famous Kuta! It is on Jalan Raya Kuta No.153-A, between a Notary office and a handicraft shop.

Not a comfort place actually. The traffic in front of our office is always jammed, so you may not find any place to park your car (better come by motorcycle!). Even though there is a place to park, you must be very careful with the cow dung around the parking area (seriously!)

What time do Nol Graphic open?

Basically from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm.

If you want to come, after lunch would be better. Our office hour is unpredictable. Some designer work until almost midnight sometime, so they’ll come late on next day.

Lunch time is from 13:00 until 14:00? But it depends on our project.

How about the terms of payment in Nol Graphic?

40% downpayment (not refundable) after technical meeting and signing the approval, and 60% payment on completion.

Please pay by cash or via Bank transfer. We do not accept credit card (unfortunatelly).

How about the project cancellation?

Both party have to arrange a meeting to discuss the cancellation. There must be a compensation payment, but it depends on the reason of cancellation.
(please note that the downpayment is not refundable).

Can you make a website with language option?

Yes, we can. But the text must be provided by client. If you want us to translate the text, it would be charged for translation fee.

Do you have any overseas project and how you handle it?

Some of our clients come from Japan (mostly), Australia, Switzerland, Belgium, Korea and China.
Usually we meet for the technical meeting and/or signing the approval. Further communications will be done through e-mail or chat (skype is prefered).
